The Liechtenstein Embassy in Washington DC presented this week, together with the Austrian Cultural Forum D.C., a sold-out concert at the Embassy of Austria in Washington, featuring three exceptionally talented young musicians: Yuna Dierstein (cello), Pilar Policano (violin), and Vivien Walser (piano). All three artists are graduates of the Liechtenstein Music Academy and were selected for this year's Global Leadership Program by Dr. Ryuji Ueno. The concert featured works by Astor Piazzolla, Clara Schumann, and Sergei Rachmaninov. The trio received well-deserved standing ovations from the audience.
The concert was marked by a long-standing and fruitful collaboration: The Embassy of Liechtenstein has worked confidently with Dr. Ryuji Ueno and his foundation for many years. This proven partnership made it possible once again to present young talents on the international stage and thereby promote their artistic development through the foundationโs โSemester Leadership Program.โ
