Liechtenstein and United States Introduce Fulbright Specialist Program

Liechtenstein and the USA made a historic step to further deepen their partnership in higher education. Foreign Minister Sabine Monauni and US Ambassador Callista Gingrich signed a declaration of intent to introduce the Fulbright Specialist Program in Liechtenstein.

The program will allow American experts to spend time in Liechtenstein for short term projects – for example, for research and teaching, workshops, program development or specialist advice.

This new cooperation will further strengthen people-to-people contact, academic exchange, international networking and knowledge transfer between our countries. We are grateful to the United States and US Ambassador Gingrich for opening the prestigious Fulbright Specialist Program for Liechtenstein – an exciting new opportunity for Liechtensteiners and Americans alike.
